Terms and Conditions of Service
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Client” or “you”) and OS writers ltd (“oswriters.com,” “we,” or “us”), a company registered under the laws of the United Kingdom, with its registered office located at 34-35 Hatton Garden. Unit 3A Holborn, London, EC1N 8DX, United Kingdom.
1. Eligibility and Representation
By contracting for our web content services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older, that you have provided true, accurate, current, and complete information, that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the entity listed and perform under the Terms of Service, and that you agree to be bound by the terms and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders.
2. Services Offered
OS writers ltd provides copywriting services (Services) designed to be acceptable to internet search engines like Google, Yahoo, and others.
3. Terms of Service
By contracting for services from oswriters.com and/or any of its affiliates, you are bound to the following terms of service, as well as the terms of service of the defined local search providers. oswriters.com reserves the right to update the Terms of Service by posting updates on its website at any time. Any updates will be effective upon the date of posting.
4. Content Ownership
All content written by oswriters.com shall remain the intellectual property of oswriters.com until your account is paid in full. swriters.com takes no responsibility for any content that is written based upon information provided by you or changed after final payment has been received.
5. Revisions and Responsibilities
oswriters.com instructs all clients to carefully check the content provided and takes no responsibility if a client fails to do so in the checking and draft processes. All copies of the writing project are sent via email, and you shall be permitted to make up to three revisions of the material and send them to the copywriter via e-mail after receiving initial copy.
6. Confidentiality and Communication
oswriters.com will not share your information with any businesses other than those who are affiliated with oswriters.com. You agree by these terms of service to waive any rights you may have under federal law or regulations with respect to limitations on telephone communications and agree to accept communication from us via fax, email, cellular telephone, auto-dialer, and/or SMS/text unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
7. Risk Acknowledgment

8. Indemnification
By accepting our service, you agree to indemnify and hold oswriters.com and its affiliated companies, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the content we have created.
9. SEO and Search Provider Disclaimer
While oswriters.com will make “best efforts” to produce content that is SEO relevant, we cannot guarantee the copy will be accepted by the search providers for inclusion in their index, nor what time frame is required for listings to appear. The company cannot guarantee or warrant how submissions will be displayed or ranked by the local search providers.
10. Intellectual Property Responsibilities
You agree that you are solely responsible for all intellectual property that is used in relation to content, including photos, videos, links, or other media, including acquiring the proper legal license, copyright, trademark, or other permission to use media.
11. Severability and Assignment
If any parts of these Terms of Service are held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement is not assignable by you.
12. Communication and Authorized Representative
All communications regarding account management, billing, and/or any other matters regarding your account shall be conducted between oswriters.com and you, or between oswriters.com and your company’s authorized representative if the identity of said representative is provided to us and authorized in writing by you. In the event no authorized representative is designated, then the principal credit card account holder shall automatically be designated as the sole authorized representative on said account.
